MYo Lab Health & Wellness is adding a second physiotherapist. Our current physiotherapist joined us this year and, in his first 90 days, broke the clinic's physiotherapy records for visits, revenue and compensation. The demand is here, the referral engine is running, and you would be working alongside another physiotherapist from day one, not building a department on your own.

We are a multidisciplinary clinic (Chiro, Physio, Massage, Acupuncture, Shockwave, Cold Laser, Custom Orthotics) in Calgary with a strong internal referral culture, a full front-desk and direct-billing team, and a weekly team-training cadence that is paid time, not volunteer time.

Compensation:

Compensation is set 10–20% above the Alberta private-practice benchmark for physiotherapists at your experience level. Annual figures are full-time equivalents (37.5 hours/week) and scale with the schedule you choose:

New grads and first-year practitioners: $44–$46 per scheduled hour (about $86,000–$90,000 full-time equivalent).
Established practitioners (2+ years, full caseload): $52–$57 per scheduled hour (about $101,000–$110,000 full-time equivalent).

Your rate applies to every scheduled hour, including team training. On top of that:

$1,500 per year education grant.
$1,500 per year health spending account.
Vacation pay.
Pelvic floor certification paid by MYo Lab if you are not yet certified (reimbursed on a vesting schedule over the months following the course). If you are already certified, tell us — it is a strong plus.
Private treatment room, Jane booking and charting, direct billing, reception and admin handled for you, as well as elevated and impactful marketing initiaitves to help build your schedule.
Guaranteed referral flow from our Chiro, and Massage teams.

Schedule: Build your own schedule of at least 30 hours per week (ideally ~35-38) of member care from these available blocks:

Sunday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.
Monday: 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
Tuesday and Wednesday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm and/or 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
Thursday and Friday: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm.

Team training is part of the role and is paid at your regular rate:

Monday: 11:30 am – 2:00 pm.
Tuesday: 1:10 pm – 2:50 pm.

Requirements:

Registered (or eligible for registration) with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
Able to commit to at least 30 hours per week of member care within the blocks above.
Available to attend Monday and Tuesday team training.
New grads welcome; pelvic floor certification or interest is an asset.
