Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) — Calgary (2 openings)
Join MYo Lab Health & Wellness and build a busy, sustainable massage practice in a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinic.
Compensation (clear growth path):
- Split starts at 60%, with performance-based increases up to 65%
- Full-time RMTs at MYo Lab typically earn $60,000–$110,000+ gross/year (depending on schedule, retention, and performance)

- Communicate well, collaborate easily, and show up professionally.
- Preferred: 30+ hours/week availability (open to strong candidates starting part-time and ramping up).
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional massage therapy care.
- Build strong client relationships and support retention.
- Maintain accurate, professional clinical records.
- Collaborate with the broader clinical team.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing development.
- Contribute to a positive, professional clinic culture.
Schedule availability:
Shifts fall within our clinic hours:
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Monday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Requirements:
- Active RMT license.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Clear police check.
- Strong communication and teamwork.
- Commitment to professional growth and excellent care.
